The answer to this lies in our name itself. Shhhh, our packaging is discreet and nondescript. It’s a non-revealing pack which only features the name and address you provide at checkout. No mention of Blisshh whatsoever. No one will know what is inside this. (Unless of course, you choose to reveal)

You shouldn’t have to wait too long for pleasure. All standard orders ship within 2 business days. Blisshh is not liable for lost, misdirected or stolen packages, but we will work with the shipper to help you find the missing parcel. If you need express posting please be sure to choose it as your shipping option. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours.

We’re pretty confident that our tools will give you the satisfaction you’re seeking. However, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons we don’t accept returns or exchanges, even on unopened merchandise. If you have immediate buyer's remorse and email us before your order has shipped out, we'll be happy to issue a refund.

Waterproof tools (i.e. safe to use in the bathtub or shower) are clearly marked on the product page. If it’s not noted as waterproof, we do not recommend submerging it in water. Tools with a built-in charger or plug should never be used near water and spot-cleaned only while unplugged. Enjoy the pleasure responsibly. Blisshh is not liable for any injury resulting from the misuse of any product. Always check the instructions and if in doubt, email us. If a toy is splash-proof you can run it underwater to clean it but avoid submerging it completely.

Oh yes! We want pleasure to be accessible to all and everyone. Check for pincode delivery at the time of checkout. If we can't service your zip code, we'll let you know and we’ll personally deliver it, wherever you are.

Not at the moment. People tend to get cold feet at the time of collecting the package and this costs us a lot. We’re a small business and currently, COD is not a feasible option for us.
